- You have credentials to connect to the platform, on a specific domain.
3. Worfkflow
3.1 Login without SSO

The domain doesn't have SSO activated.
Step 1 - Enter the URL in your web browser (For Alteia domain: https://app.alteia.com).
Step 2 - Enter your password.

If you click on the eye icon, your password will be shown.
Step 3 - Click on "LOGIN".

If you forget your password, click on "FORGOT PASSWORD", enter your email, and click on "SEND ME A RESET LINK".
3.2 Login with SSO

- The domain has SSO activated
- Your account is registered as an "SSO exception"
Step 1 - Enter the URL in your web browser (For Alteia domain: https://app.alteia.com).
Step 2 - Enter your email.

Step 3 - Click on “LOGIN WITH PASSWORD”.
