1. Overview

This article describes how to monitor the Data Stream Assets

To open the Data Stream page, click on a Data Stream from the Data Stream dashboard.

2. Data Stream assets panel

2.1. Asset panel overview

The "ASSETS" tab lists the assets contained in the Data Stream as well as their coverage, coverage percentage and asset version (only available for some data streams).

2.2 Asset footprint visualization on the map

The asset footprint of each asset, the Data Stream footprint and the files covering the asset can be visualized on the map by clicking on the target.

Click on a data stream file to view its details.

2.3 Search an asset

The search function allows users to easily find a Data stream asset by its name. The search can be done through the search field at the top right of the Data stream assets list.

Please note that results will be obtained if the content of the search field is exactly the asset name.

2.4 Filter asset panel

It is possible to filter the view by asset type, asset version and cover percentage (min and max).

Several asset types can be selected and it can be cumulated with the search tool.

Info

Asset information are available for some data streams only (with contextualization parameters)

2.5 Sort asset list

The sort function enables users to efficiently organize the asset list by sorting items based on name or coverage percentage.

3. Data Stream asset Completion

To accelerate processing and deliver results faster, data streams can be configured to automatically trigger the next step once an asset reaches full data coverage (100%).

For example, in a vegetation use case, vegetation analysis starts automatically when the asset is fully covered, while in a storm use case, damage detection is triggered under the same condition.

When coverage reaches 100%, the analysis are launched and the asset status is updated to Completed. If an asset is not fully covered, users still have the option to manually launch completion using the button “COMPLETE” on an asset-by-asset basis.
